Credit Loyalty

Summary

This document details configuration settings in Polygon Central required for successful implementation of the Points to Credit (Credit Loyalty) feature for Polygon Loyalty. 

The Credit Loyalty feature is where, when a member accrues sufficient points, the points are automatically converted to a reward credit – either loyalty cash or a coupon – and the points accrual starts again towards earning another credit. 

The client is able to decide: 

• How many points must be accrued to trigger the credit. 
• Whether the credit will be applied as Loyalty Cash or a Coupon. 
• The $ value of the credit. 

The card screen of the app shows the member a visual representation of the member’s progress towards the next reward.
