Use Cases
Digital Stamp Card functionality is designed to meet the following use cases.
Web and app functionality

Digital stamp cards are required to function with standard loyalty, tiered loyalty or credit loyalty systems.

The Digital Stamp Card program offers options for rewards per stamp card:

Single Reward - Earn 1 reward after collecting all stamps on the stamp card.

Multi Reward - Earn multiple rewards at different points on the stamp card.

The number of stamps customers will need to collect can be defined, and specific reward coupons applied.

Customise the stamp image(s) that display on the card as either Dots or Icons, where

Dots simply indicate unearned/earned stamps

Icons allow the upload of custom stamp image(s) in PNG format.

Icons are recommended when utilising multiple rewards as custom images can be uploaded for each reward spot.

Only one stamp card program is required to run at a time.

Digital Stamp Cards are required to complement and exist in additional to loyalty program features such as Coupons, Member Points, and Member Money.

Customers recognised by their membership barcodes will collect stamps, and earn rewards when qualifying purchases are made either at POS or on OLO platforms.
Digital Wallet Functionality:
- Standard loyalty systems with Wallet Loyalty enabled may offer customers the option to add the Digital Stamp Card to their Google/Apple wallet from the app or the web loyalty portal.
- Note: to enable the digital wallet functionality you will need to provide a custom image in .PNG format applicable to each stamp applied. That is, if your digital stamp card contains 5 stamps you will need to provide the following 6 images:
- card with 0 stamps applied (new card)
- card with 1 stamp applied
- card with 2 stamps applied
- card with 3 stamps applied
- card with 4 stamps applied
- card with all 5 stamps applied (completed card)
- Note: to enable the digital wallet functionality you will need to provide a custom image in .PNG format applicable to each stamp applied. That is, if your digital stamp card contains 5 stamps you will need to provide the following 6 images:
Prerequisites
Businesses wanting to implement Digital Stamp Cards must also have OLO 3 implemented for online ordering.
Businesses wishing to allow Digital Stamp Cards to be added to a digital wallet will need to have Wallet Loyalty enabled.
Specific deployments will be required to utilise Digital Stamp Cards.
