Key Features
- Transactional data is sent to Hendricks for drive-through orders for use with their timing screens - allowing orders to be updated and cleared.
- Order status updates are provided to Hendricks for App Lane orders to update timing screens, ensuring the order preparation aligns with the approaching vehicles.
- Henricks will send vehicle registration plate data to Redcat for use with car identification workflows.
Prerequisites
To utilise the Hendricks integration, the following versions are required.
Polygon POS Management: 24??.?.? (TBC with production release) or later
Polygon POS Terminal: 24??.?.? (TBC with production release) or later
A Polygon Central Deployment after (TBA when merge to master completed) is required
Clients wishing to utilise the Hendricks Drive-Through integration must:
- have a Polygon POS installation at the store
