      Item Availability Webhook

      Summary

      A new Redcat API webhook has been created for both item availability and stock out functions.
      This webhook will send an 'unavailable packet' when an item is marked as unavailable and another when the item becomes available again.
      • using an Item Availability Rule, or
      • via a PLU Qty Level stock out notification from POS.
      This feature is designed for use by third-party integrators, although not limited to, Fusion and Amped.


      Requirements

      This is a Redcat API feature available to our third-party integration partners. 
      Please speak to your Redcat contact for further information and Redcat API documentation.
      A Polygon Central deployment after 27 August 2024 is required.
