Kiosk configuration has been enhanced to empower businesses to customise the sale types offered on a kiosk based on the specific needs of each location within their network.
By enabling specific sale types per individual venue, businesses can optimise their offerings based on their venue's location and size.
For example, in small spaces or food courts, the kiosk can be set up to offer only pick-up. However, larger locations with tables might offer both pick-up and dine-in options.

- any business wanting to control the sale types available on each kiosk within the network.
Prerequisites
To take advantage of this functionality businesses must be licensed for Polygon Online Ordering and the OLO3 platform.
- Polygon Central deployed after 11 September 2024 is required.
How do I set this up?
To implement Kiosk Sale Types per Location in your business, contact your account manager or get in touch with us on the numbers below:

The sale types available for each Kiosk will be programmed in Polygon Central when the Trusted Device for the kiosk is configured.
If no sale types are specified when configuring a kiosk as a Trusted Device, the default global sale type assignment entered in Configuration | Kiosk App in Polygon Central will apply.
These configuration options exist within internal sections of Polygon Central not generally exposed to Admin users and will be undertaken by Redcat staff on your behalf.
