Details the process for members to sign in to the Loyalty Portal.
Members may sign in the loyalty portal using:
- the email address and password associated with their member profile, or
- OAuth credentials from
- Google,
- Facebook or
- Apple.
Signing In using Profile Credentials
To Sign In using your profile credentials, simply enter your email address and password, and choose the Sign In button.
Using OAuth Credentials from Google, Facebook or Apple
If enabled in the Loyalty Portal, customers may choose use the Continue with Google, Continue with Facebook, or Continue with Apple buttons.
- If a member profile does not already exist with the credentials supplied by Google, Facebook or Apple a new member will be registered (and automatically verified). The member profile will contain only the identifiers passed by Google, Facebook or Apple - usually only name and email address.
- If a member profile does exist with the supplied credentials, the member will be Signed In.
