Loyalty Portal - Profile
This article details the Profile menu option when a member is signed in.
A member can access the Profile page and update those fields in their profile that are not read-only.
Make changes as required and use the Update Details button to update the profile details.
Update Password
If a member wants to change the password associated with their member profile, they can choose Update Password from the Profile menu.
Enter a new password, confirm it, and use the Submit button.
Delete Account
If a member chooses to cancel their loyalty membership they can choose Delete Account from the Profile menu.
When they confirm this action by using the Delete Account button all profile information will be removed and any transaction history will not be accessible.
