Sale Type Availability Webhook
Summary
A new Redcat API webhook has been created for notifications when a sale type is marked as unavailable using a Control Console rule.
This webhook will send a packet when a Control Console rule is created to mark a sale type as unavailable and another when the rule is updated or removed.
The packet will include:
- Location
- Sale type
Use Case
This feature is designed for use by third-party integrators (not limited to, Fusion) to facilitate notification to customers.
For example, signage on a drive-through lane can advise that the drive-through is closed if the drive-through sale type is unavailable.
Requirements
This is a Redcat API feature available to our third-party integration partners.

A Polygon Central deployment after 13 September 2024 is required.
