Tattle Integration

Summary

Tattle provide a Customer Experience Improvement (CXI) platform for their clients to assist them with collecting actionable data by interacting with their customers – gathering relevant feedback. 

Their web page states “Tattle helps hospitality merchants uncover and address the opportunities that matter the most for increasing guest satisfaction, operation performance, and revenue”. 

Our Tattle integration posts a webhook when a loyalty member transacts, containing details which will allow Tattle to issue an email to the member requesting the completion of a customer experience survey. 

Member transactions which trigger the webhook include: 

• Online orders via the web 
• Online orders via the app 
• Member transactions processed at POS. 

What is the Tattle Integration?

The Redcat Tattle Integration is a webhook which is triggered after a member transaction has occurred.  Upon receipt of the webhook, Tattle will wait approximately 1.5 hours then email the customer requesting the completion of a customer experience survey.   

Tattle will only send one email, per email address, in any 24 hour period. 

Member transactions which trigger the webhook include: 

• Online orders via the web 
• Online orders via the app 
• Member transactions processed at POS. 
   

The web hook will only be posted for members who: 

• Have an email address saved in their profile, and  
• Have opted-in to email communication.   

The system will validate the opt-in status prior to posting the webhook. 

Pre-requisites

The Tattle Integration is only available to clients who:

• have Polygon Loyalty.
• have formed a relationship with Tattle
