Universal Linking - Browser, iOS or Andriod app

To make the customer experience as smooth and intuitive as possible when interacting with Redcat platforms for loyalty and ordering, universal or deep links are used when creating mapped codes or when any link for a customer to click is issued.

This means that the link will be adaptive to multi-platform.

If a link is clicked (or accessed via QR code) and the device used has a relevant iOS or Android app installed, the app will open and direct the customer to the required location.  If no app is found, the device browser will be used instead and open the relevant URL.

Links are issued to customers for such things as:

  • Verification for a loyalty member
  • Forgotten password for a loyalty member
  • Refer a Friend function for a loyalty member

Mapped Codes can be created and translated into scannable QR Codes for a myriad of purposes including:

  • Direct access to online ordering
  • Direct access to Order Status Screens
  • Direct access to Polygon Central admin functions
